Laramie Timeline 1901-02

... Territorial Prison Break: After being put to white washing the Warden's house near the wall, William Turner eluded observation by the guard and disappeared. He swam the river and came upon the railroad yards to seek hiding. He was arrested last month and sentenced to 3 years for stealing some razors. Mr. Turner has so far eluded authorities, but they are confident that he will be caught.
